    At The Poke Pit Stop, we take great care in packaging and shipping collectible trading cards and related products. Due to the nature of sealed products and collectible items, please review our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

    Shipping Policy

    Order Processing

    All orders placed with The Poke Pit Stop are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Orders placed during peak release periods, promotions, or high-volume sales may experience slight delays.

    Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier, it is considered shipped.

    Shipping Methods

    We ship using reputable courier and postal services. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

    Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Poke Pit Stop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

    Packaging & Protection

    All orders are packaged securely to protect cards and sealed products during transit. This may include:

    • Protective sleeves or top loaders (for single cards)

    • Bubble wrap or protective packaging

    • Rigid boxes or padded mailers

    We aim to ensure items arrive in the condition described at the time of sale.

    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable). It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure a safe delivery location.

    Lost or Delayed Shipments

    If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact the courier directly first. The Poke Pit Stop will assist where possible but cannot be held responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

    Returns & Refunds Policy

    No Returns After Shipment (General Rule)

    Due to the collectible and often sealed nature of trading card products, returns or refunds are not accepted once an order has shipped, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

    By placing an order with The Poke Pit Stop, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

    Exceptions – Eligible for Review

    A return or refund may be considered only in the following situations:

    1. Item Arrives Damaged
      If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item are required.

    2. Incorrect Item Received
      If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

    3. Missing Items
      If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.

    All claims must be submitted promptly and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

    • Opened or unsealed products

    • Trading cards removed from protective packaging

    • Items damaged after delivery

    • Change-of-mind purchases

    • Pre-orders once shipped

    • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

    Sealed Products Disclaimer

    Sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.) are sold as collectibles. We do not guarantee pulls, card conditions inside sealed products, or specific contents. Lack of desired cards does not qualify for a return or refund.

    Condition of Single Cards

    Single cards are sold in the condition stated in the listing. Minor imperfections consistent with manufacturer handling are not considered defects unless clearly stated otherwise.

    Refund Processing

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by The Poke Pit Stop.
